APPLICATION

Start by applying this firming body oil after bathing or showering on clean, damp skin as it can enhance the effect. Use sweeping motions to activate lymphatic drainage.

1. Start at your feet and massage the oil into the skin before moving up each leg.
2. Massage around the tummy area in gentle clockwise motions, then move up to apply the firming body oil to each hand, arm and elbows before moving up and over the shoulders.
3. Finish with sweeping movements over the décolleté and around the shoulders.
